Shipping & Returns

We ship all US based orders via USPS using a flat rate which is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. We ship our soaps in sturdy boxes, not envelopes so that your bar (s) arrive to you unbroken.

International shipping is a flat rate fee of $19.95 up to 5 pounds.

You have 30 days to return an item, it must be new and unopened. If you used the soap, oil, balm or comb at all, we cannot accept a return. Contact us for a return authorization or shipping label for unopened product.

Please note: We are not liable for allergic reactions, we list all of the ingredients for our soaps on our website and on each bar. If you are allergic to an ingredient do not purchase. If you didn't know you had an allergy to a specific ingredient we are sorry, we recommend taking Benedryl by the package directions and going to your doctor.

In the event of an allergic reaction please let us know even if you don't intend to try to get a refund, we might be able to offer a partial refund at least and would like to know what the problem was so we can look into what we could do about changing ingredients.
